Currently leading operations for Melissa Menard at Compass on the Westside in Brentwood, Beverly oversees a luxury-market portfolio with a $2M average price point.

Over her 18-year career, she has managed a cumulative sales volume exceeding $500 million, including tenures at prestigious firms like The Agency and Keller Williams. Her experience is vast, ranging from managing 200+ annual closings in La Quinta to coordinating high-end transactions in Santa Monica, Brentwood, and Long Beach.

For Beverly, real estate is about more than just data—it’s about the people. She thrives in the "support" role, finding her greatest professional fulfillment in protecting her clients and ensuring her team operates with surgical precision. This dedication to service is a family trait; her husband serves the community as a member of the Santa Monica Fire Department, protecting the very neighborhoods where they were both raised.

When she isn’t mastering transaction coordination or streamlining team systems, Beverly’s life is beautifully full. She is a proud "volleyball mom" to her 12-year-old, Bailey—a straight-A student and captain of her travel team—and a creative guide to her spirited 5-year-old, Mila, whose love for crafts and mischievous energy keeps the household vibrant. Rounding out the family is Kiara, their 85lb American Akita.

    Sidney, with a wealth of experience dating back to early 2018, serves as our transaction coordinator. Since joining forces with Melissa in 2019, Sidney has been instrumental in streamlining real estate transactions, fostering organizational efficiency among our agents, and guaranteeing a seamless process for our clients.

    As the overseer of our transactions, Sidney ensures that all documents are meticulously completed, correctly signed, and undergo thorough auditing before the closing of escrow. Her remarkable attention to detail, coupled with an innate ability to anticipate the needs of all involved parties, has consistently proven indispensable to our team.
